1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Our Services

ITM Academy provides educational services including but not limited to:

• Certificate, diploma, and advanced programs in various disciplines
• Online and offline learning resources, course materials, and assessments
• Career counseling, resume building, and interview preparation services
• Placement assistance and networking with hiring partners
• Student portal access, learning management systems, and communication tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.

3Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment at ITM Academy is subject to the following conditions:

• Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria specified for each program
• Submission of required documents and payment of enrollment fees
• Successful completion of any entrance tests or interviews (where applicable)
• Agreement to abide by all academic and institutional policies

ITM Academy reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons and to cancel enrollment if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4Fees & Payment Policy

All fees associated with our programs must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment:

• Registration Fee: Non-refundable fee payable at the time of enrollment to confirm your seat
• Course Fees: May be paid in full or in installments as per the agreed schedule
• EMI Options: Available through our partnered financial institutions (subject to eligibility)
• Late Payment: Late fees may be charged for delayed payments. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services
• Fee Revision: ITM Academy reserves the right to revise fees for future batches with prior notice

All payments should be made through official channels (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card) to the official ITM Academy accounts. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts.

5Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Course Start (more than 7 days): 75% refund of course fees (excluding registration fee)
• Before Course Start (within 7 days): 50% refund of course fees
• After Course Start (within first week): 25% refund of course fees
• After First Week: No refund applicable
• Registration Fee: Non-refundable in all cases

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@itmacademy.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

In case of course cancellation by ITM Academy, full fees will be refunded within 7 business days.

6Student Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or cheating in any form
• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of fellow students or staff
• Unauthorized recording or sharing of course materials or lectures
• Use of institutional resources for personal commercial activities
• Damage to institutional property or equipment
• Violation of any applicable laws on campus or at institutional events

Violation of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent expulsion without refund.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the ITM Academy website and within our course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video clips, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ITM Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• Students may use course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Sharing, distributing, or republishing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited
• Project work and assignments created by students remain the intellectual property of the student, unless submitted as part of a collaborative institutional project

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITM Academy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or career opportunities
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure events
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers or hiring partners

Our total liability in any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant course in the 6 months preceding the claim.

9Placement Disclaimer

While ITM Academy provides comprehensive placement assistance and has a strong track record, we wish to clarify the following:

• Placement assistance is a support service and not a guarantee of employment
• Final hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the recruiting companies
• Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and other factors
• Salary packages and job roles may vary based on student profile and company requirements

Statistics regarding placement rates and packages are based on historical data and are for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Kerala. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kannur, Kerala.

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
